Care

• Mattress cover can be washed according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Warnings

• The SnuzPod Studio is designed to fit divan, ottoman and framed bed bases.
• Suitable for bedside use where the top surface of the adult mattress is level with the top of the zip-down wall of the SnuzPod Studio, up to a maximum height of 70.5cm from the floor.
• The SnuzPod Studio is not suitable for mattress to floor bed frames. The minimum under bed space required for the Studio to sit under the bed frame is 20mm without castor wheels fitted, 70mm with castors.
• Stop using the product as soon as the child can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up. This product is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided.

• Comfort incline mode is only to be used during wake windows. Never use the product in an incline mode whilst baby is sleeping. Baby's sleep surface must always be flat.

• Orders over £75 are shipped free of charge 1-5 working days (FOR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN N.I. THESE ARE NORMALLY DELIVERED 1-2 WORKING DAYS).
• For Orders under £75, the delivery cost will be charged at a flat rate of £4.95
• *PLEASE NOTE - We do not currently ship to the Isle of White, Isle of Man, or The Channel Islands.

• Goods ordered before 11am Monday - Friday(excluding larger furniture items i.e. cot beds, dressers & wardrobes) are picked, packed, and shipped the same day where possible.
• A flat rate delivery charge of £9.95 is applicable to all orders, regardless of order value.
• There are NO customs charges or duty payable for any orders we ship into the Republic Of Ireland

Couriers

• Our courier partners are, DPD, Parcelforce & Royal Mail. For pallet deliveries, the haulage company can differ, depending on the delivery location.

• We don’t currently ship outside of the UK and Ireland.
